Health Services

My health services will teach you the skills you need to manage your health on your own for the long term! I’ve been certified in personal training, health coaching and senior fitness so I have the knowledge to help women over 40 with their specific needs.

As we age our abilities and perspectives on health change. As a woman over 50 myself, I understand that and would love to help you get more fit with these classes.

Personal Training

This is one-on-one fitness training that can take place either in my studio or in your home.  But it will cost less if you come to me! I want you to know how to exercise the right way to gain the most benefits. Personal training with me will always include some additional health education. I believe in a holistic view of health, which means addressing all of our lifestyle habits.

Small Group Exercise Classes

Small group exercise classes are similar to personal training but are a way to split the cost and have more fun! My studio can accommodate 2-4 friends exercising together. Modifications will be made to accommodate different ability levels. These classes will also include education about how to make other healthy choices in life.

I can also come to other locations to teach larger group classes. You just need a church space, country club, large garage, or outdoor space big enough to accommodate your group of friends.

Health Coaching

This is a health service that provides education, motivation, and support for changing your behaviors to reach better overall health. If you want to lose weight and get healthy, then you need to do more than exercise to get there. If you’ve tried to make healthy changes on your own but couldn’t for any reason, then this is a great option!

  • These health services can only work if you’re willing to put in the time and effort to take action. I’m committed to giving you the information and support you need to reach your goals. But it still takes a strong commitment from you to change for good.
