Personal Training

Personal training is one-on-one fitness training between just you and me. It can take place either in my studio, your home, or the outdoors. My goal is to help you reach your health and weight loss goals. I will design different exercise programs for you to suit your specific needs and interests based on your fitness level.

Type of training

The specific type of training we do can be anything you want, including step classes; stability ball core work; weight training using dumbbells, medicine balls, body weight, or bands; flexibility work; aerobic workouts; or anything else we can think of together.

My goal is to get you to the point where you have the strength and confidence to work out anywhere, whether it be on your own or with larger groups in a gym! I want working out to become your new “fun” hobby! It should also be easy to maintain over your lifetime so you can be healthy and strong long into your senior years!

Studio pricing

Pricing for personal training in my studio depends on how often you come to me within a year from your start date. The price goes down a little each time you sign up for 6-8 more sessions. The number of sessions is approximate because it depends on how long each session is.

Sessions last on average about 40 minutes but could be anywhere from 30-50. So if we go longer for each session you will get fewer but if they’re shorter sessions, then you’ll get more. How long we work out depends on your level of fitness. This is how it’s all personalized to your needs!

    • The first 6-10 workout sessions will cost $275.
    • The next 6-10 sessions will cost $250.
    • The third 6-10 sessions will cost $225.
    • The fourth 6-10 sessions will cost $200.

In-home or other pricing

Personal training in your home or outdoors is higher since it takes me more time to travel to your home. Therefore I will charge a set fee for each trip to your home or other location.

    • The first 5 sessions will cost $75.00 each.
    • The next 5 sessions within 6 months will cost $70.00 each.
    • The next 5 sessions within that same 6 months will cost  $65.00 each.

These prices are less than the average cost of a massage but they are much longer-lasting! During these sessions you will also be getting information on how the body works, healthier eating choices, stress and sleep management, and other topics concerning overall health. You will go away with a much better understanding of what it takes to stay healthy over a lifetime!
