Do you need a health coach?
Are you a woman over 40 that’s feeling unhealthy and carrying more weight than you want? Are you tired of trying to sort through all the information out there about how to “get healthy”?
If you’re finally ready to take the time to focus on yourself for a while, then I would love to help! The purpose of my health coaching is to educate, motivate, and support you in creating new healthy habits. Because if it were so easy to change habits then none of us would have any bad ones, right?!
I have years of education and experience in making healthy changes and I want to use that information to help you. I know how overwhelming it can be to try to find the right answers to your specific problems. But don’t worry because I’ve already done the research for you!
Motivation to change can be the most difficult part. So I’ll share the strategies I’ve developed over the years to make healthy changes easier to maintain. I don’t want your new habits, or weight loss, to be temporary, the goal is long-term health and vitality.
One of the most important reasons to have a coach is to keep you on pace and accountable for reaching your goals. You’re more likely to succeed when you have support, especially from someone who’s already achieved a healthy lifestyle. I’ll be your cheerleader for change!
The job of a health coach isn’t to tell you what to do, but to guide you to find the answers that work best in your own life. This is called empowerment. You’re the expert on yourself, I’m here to help you to move forward in the direction that will work for you. It’s also my job to make sure you won’t give up!
My health coaching packages
There are 4 pillars of health that you need to have a good quality of life:

- Nutrition
- Sleep
- Stress management
If you’re struggling in any of these areas it affects every other aspect of your health in a negative way. Some people need help in all four areas while others only need help in one or two. So I’ve developed two different programs you can choose from depending on your needs.
The Ultimate Package:
In this program, we’ll address all four pillars of health. This package is for the person who feels like every aspect of their life/health could use some tweaking. Your needs will determine how much time we spend focusing on each pillar.
We’ll meet 12 times over 3-6 months to discuss these four pillars and work on making changes to improve your life. We’ll have weekly or bi-weekly video (or phone) calls to talk about your goals, the obstacles you’re facing, and your progress. It’s all personalized specifically for you.
The Mini Package:
This is a shorter program that will focus on just one of those 4 pillars of health. If you feel like you’re doing pretty well but can’t seem to get a handle on a certain area or two of your health then we’ll just focus on those needs for a month or two. We’ll have 4 sessions, each lasting up to 1 hr to discuss your challenges and progress.
There is one more option for the “curious but confident”!
Personal Q&A session:
This is for the woman that feels pretty confident that she’s got things under control but needs a little direction. We’ll meet by phone or on Zoom just once for up to 1 ½ hrs for a question and answer session. and give you an idea of what you need to focus on in order to move toward your health goal. I’ll answer your questions and give you resources you can check out on your own time.
You can change!
You may have heard that the definition of insanity is doing the same things over and over and expecting different results! This is what most of us do most of the time. Or we just give up too soon because it gets hard and we have no accountability.
Change is hard, but it’s not nearly as hard when you have someone to help and support you along the way!
All you need to do is to show up with an open mind and be willing to challenge yourself and try new things. The most important factor is to put in the effort and commit to it. And with my help, I believe you can do it!
