Most women want to be in good shape and look their best but are mostly unsure about how to accomplish that. I want to make it simple by giving you my 3 best strength exercises for a full-body workout. These are easy for beginners but will help you to build some strength so you can progress to harder exercises. But they’re also great when you’re short on time! 
I hear women say all the time is that they need to do more situps or ab crunches to get rid of their belly fat. As a country, we have a problem with excess fat, and the worst place to carry it is in the belly. That’s also the most common place to carry it! That’s why I want you to understand what type of exercise is best to reduce that belly fat. 

Moving our bodies is important. And the way we move them is even more important for our long-term health. The more variety we give our bodies, the more we challenge them by using different muscles. And more muscle is what we all need for better health!

The core of our body is its foundation. Just like the foundation of a house, it’s what holds it all together. For that reason, I think it’s the most important area to strengthen right away. So I’ve come up with 6 easy core exercises you can do at home with (or without) a stability ball for variety.
